Mental wellness
Building self-awareness, emotional language, and practical tools for managing stress and protecting mental well-being.
Phase two · Coming next
The next phase of From the Block to the Boardroom will center health and wellness, giving youth and adults tools to care for the mind, body, and routines that carry their goals forward.
A whole-person approach
Workforce skills, financial knowledge, and leadership matter. So do the practices that help people regulate stress, care for their bodies, build healthy routines, and stay connected. This phase expands the academy’s commitment to preparing the whole person.
Areas of focus
The phase will connect useful information with conversation, movement, and interactive learning.
Building self-awareness, emotional language, and practical tools for managing stress and protecting mental well-being.
Exploring movement as a foundation for energy, confidence, consistency, and long-term health.
Making food and nutrition knowledge practical, relevant, and easier to use in everyday life.
Creating interactive experiences where youth and adults can learn together, speak openly, and build supportive relationships.
Designed from feedback
Participants asked for more group projects, games, and shared learning. Those lessons will help guide how the Health & Wellness phase comes to life.
