About our organization

From the Block to the Board Room strives to empower and uplift young black men and boys through comprehensive personal and professional development programs. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive community that fosters growth and success, while promoting positive social and emotional wellness. Through educational opportunities, mentorship, and access to resources, we strive to equip young black males with the tools they need to reach their full potential and become leaders in their communities. We also work towards community development and safety by partnering with local organizations and community leaders to address systemic issues facing our communities, and advocate for policies that promote equity, justice and inclusion. Our ultimate goal is to create a world where every young black male has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to society.
